A short bio ...

  • Live in Northern California. Have 5 grown kids, two daughter-in-loves and 1 granddaughter.
  • Have been a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise specialist since 2016. 
  • Brought my business home in 2020 and began online workouts. (Pilates and Yamuna Certified)
  • Focus on good form, not moving past pain, low impact, and both stretching and strength training. 
  • Believe shorter classes and high intensity work is better for your body than long workouts.
  • Love to "inspire glorious living" in each person I meet.


Class Descriptions

Body Rolling - Order Balls from Yamuna Website or Kathy - (Pearl and Pair of black balls) - We use the balls to release tightness in muscles, create space in joints, lengthen and tone muscles. This work really strengthens the core! (30 Min)


Cardio/Strength - Low impact, high intensity interval training (HIIT) using weights, exercise ball, bands, and a mat. This work keeps your heart healthy, while providing a full body workout that gets you sweaty and feeling alive and younger. (30 Min)


Pilates - Mat Pilates which provides an amazing core work as well as full body. This work helps you lean out and tone your muscles. You will gently strengthen and stretch as you use household items to help with your workout if you don't have a ball or band.


Weights Only - (Resistance Training) As the title says, we use weights only as well as body weight. We focus on form, breathing, and mindfulness, when it comes to lifting weights. To start, I would grab 3 lb, 5 lb, and a kettle bell. You will see you biceps and triceps tighten. This is also great work to help with increasing bone density.
